Amaravati, the New Capital for state of Andhra Pradesh needed a ‘New Image’, a new identity. SEED development is the commercial core comprising civic programs and downtown activities with a place for people. The intention is to create a active waterfront edge leveraging on the environmental and existing constraints, that appreciates River Krishna, crowned with public buildings, creating a unique skyline as well as a place that creates a special memory of Amaravati City.
