The hill terrain, water frontage (facing the Lake Victoria) and the low density, form the ideal laid-back character for the Knowledge Hub. The Industrial township, with Regional Centre, Dry port/ Inland port facilities and strong transit connectivity, surround by wetland making it an island, make it the perfect decentralised employment hub of the City .
