Port City or the International Finance City as it is now called, is an aspirational project for Colombo. A project that will create a modern international brand, which will give the City a new platform in the international market. To create this new brand, we proposed a modern lifestyle by promoting transit oriented development, compact living with 6 sqm green space per capita, non-motorized transport and pedestrian friendly environment. The variety of urban spaces designed will not only aid the CBD but also give back to the existing City.
